Time Card Calculator is a free, single-purpose web tool for hourly workers, freelancers and small-business owners who need a quick, trustworthy total of their weekly hours. Enter clock-in, clock-out and break times and it works out regular hours, overtime hours and gross pay — no spreadsheets, no sign-up, and no data leaving your device.
Why we built it
Checking a pay stub against a paper time card is tedious and error-prone, especially with overtime, overnight shifts and rounding rules in the mix. This tool applies the standard U.S. federal rules (overtime at 1.5× after 40 hours in a week, with an optional daily 8-hour rule) and shows its math, so you can sanity-check your pay in under a minute.
How it treats your data
