Privacy Policy

Your time card data
The times, rates and week labels you enter are stored only in your browser's local storage, on your own device. They are never transmitted to our servers, and we could not read them if we wanted to. Clearing your browser data deletes them permanently.
Accounts
The calculator requires no account and collects no names or email addresses.
Payments
Optional paid features are processed by Stripe. When you pay, Stripe collects your payment details directly; we receive only a confirmation that the purchase succeeded. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Advertising and cookies
If advertising is enabled on this site in the future (for example Google AdSense), the ad provider may set cookies or use similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Where required by law, a consent prompt will be shown before any non-essential cookies are set. This policy will be updated, with a new date above, before advertising is switched on.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (page views only, no time card contents) to understand which features are used. Your calculator inputs are never part of analytics data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
